Provide advanced litigation support across case lifecycle: draft and file pleadings, support discovery and document review, prepare trial materials, manage e-filings and calendars using ProLaw, coordinate hearings and travel, enter billable time, and maintain organized physical and electronic case files while ensuring confidentiality and meeting strict deadlines.

Manage centralized litigation calendaring: review emails and filings, determine docketing necessity, enter deadlines in ProLaw using Westlaw rules, prioritize queues, communicate with case teams, research deadline applicability, and maintain/improve docketing processes to ensure accurate calendar entries and compliance across California, Nevada, and federal matters.
