The Business Unit Head will oversee the strategy, performance, and growth of the injectable aesthetics sector, managing teams and ensuring business objectives are met.

Lead month-end close and prepare monthly financial statements, manage AR subledger and reconciliations, oversee Accounts Receivable operations and collections, guide and develop AR and GBS team members, ensure IFRS compliance, support tax filings and audits, monitor credit limits and DSO, and drive AR policy and process improvements.

Lead and coach a virtual inside-sales team to meet revenue and pipeline targets. Develop new channel partnerships (training schools, buying groups), negotiate contracts, and build scalable activation programs. Collaborate cross-functionally to refine lead generation, optimize conversion processes, and identify emerging market opportunities to drive commercial growth in injectable aesthetics.

Own the direct-to-consumer ecommerce storefront, driving revenue through site optimization, promotions, subscriptions, merchandising, loyalty, CRO testing, SEO, and retention initiatives. Manage product launches, post-purchase functionality, inventory and sales forecasting, performance analytics, technical troubleshooting, and agency relationships. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, loyalty, operations, and development teams to improve conversion, average order value, customer experience, and site performance.

Supports eCommerce growth marketing through promotional campaign execution, influencer and creator content coordination, regulatory review submissions, landing-page QA, site testing, merchandising updates, invoice processing, reporting, and cross-functional project coordination. Maintains campaign timelines, approvals, assets, trackers, and documentation while partnering with marketing, creative, regulatory, finance, technology, and agency teams to ensure accurate, conversion-ready customer experiences.

Designs and administers US sales incentive compensation plans and contests for Galderma’s business units. Responsibilities include analyzing plan impacts, improving processes and automation, building reporting, forecasting monthly accruals, maintaining rosters and payroll files, generating purchase orders, communicating plan details, and ensuring quarterly deliverables meet compliance and timing requirements. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Legal while supporting scalable, motivating, and financially responsible compensation strategies.

Lead owned social, website content, and creator/influencer strategy and execution for aesthetic brands. Manage editorial calendar, community management (including adverse event recognition), PRC/Veeva claim review, influencer compliance, publishing, performance analysis, and optimization while partnering with Brand, paid, PR, and agency teams.

Serve as strategic and operational partner to Aesthetics leadership, translating priorities into actionable plans. Drive cross-functional project management, executive communications, portfolio planning, go-to-market readiness, and process improvements to ensure initiatives meet timelines, scope, and business objectives.
