Own product design for a complex B2B financial services platform from discovery through development support. Lead stakeholder discovery, user research, process mapping, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, usability testing, and development handoff. Collaborate with engineering and design system teams to simplify regulated workflows, evaluate automation and AI-assisted processes, and deliver intuitive, consistent user experiences.

The AVP manages workloads, high-risk investor escalations, KPI/KRI reporting, and client service calls; maintains client relationships and delivers operational updates. The role also supports policy enhancement, staff development, performance evaluations, recruitment, training, and continuous improvement across AML/KYC operations.

Owns the CitcoOne product backlog and serves as the voice of internal and external users. Responsibilities include defining feature scope, writing and prioritizing user stories, setting acceptance criteria, managing grooming sessions, coordinating with design and delivery teams, conducting acceptance testing, supporting governance and operations, educating users, and providing Level 3 support. The role also requires stakeholder management, Agile project delivery, and occasional travel.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and help deliver cloud-native and on-premises software solutions using AWS. Develop automated unit and system tests, collaborate within a cross-functional team, research emerging technologies, and present findings. The role supports Citco’s Reporting IT team and is intended for a third- or fourth-year computer science student interested in financial services.

Reviews subscription agreements, follows up with investors for missing documentation, maintains electronic and physical partner records and fund bank accounts, prepares performance releases, produces investor statements and correspondence, and supports fund manager and investor calls. The role requires post-secondary education, strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, and preferably 1–3 years of client services experience. Knowledge of private equity, hedge fund, or mutual fund operations and investor relations or transfer agency experience is advantageous.

Provides technical leadership for AI-enabled solutions within a financial services transformation program. Designs cloud, machine learning, LLM, conversational AI, and Sigma analytics architectures; develops models and production-ready solutions; establishes MLOps, CI/CD, security, and responsible AI standards; leads proofs of concept through deployment; owns solution lifecycles; and mentors developers while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Supervise the global Automatic Exchange of Information team, overseeing FATCA, CRS, and related regulatory deliverables. Coordinate timelines, quality reviews, client and investor communications, portal registrations, issue resolution, and stakeholder updates. Provide technical guidance to team members, manage client relationships, research regulatory developments, improve processes, troubleshoot classification inconsistencies, interpret financial statements, and escalate risks or delays. The role also includes team administration, quality control, and support for multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.
