Serve as the visible face of the office delivering hospitality-driven workplace experience. Manage office operations, reception, events, vendor relationships, and data-driven improvements while providing exceptional client service and supporting associates across Toronto (and Montreal remotely).

Support Canadian product line management by maintaining product information, responding to inquiries, preparing RFPs and performance reports, analyzing adoption and trends, updating materials, and collaborating with sales, marketing and investment teams to execute product strategy and rollouts.
