The Legal Assistant will support the legal team in document management, calendar scheduling, invoice reconciliation, and correspondence management, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Leads controllership, treasury operations, financial consolidation, technical accounting, internal controls, reporting, accounts payable oversight, and audit coordination across Brookfield Credit entities. Manages banking relationships, liquidity, funding, payments, and intercompany cash movements. Owns Microsoft Dynamics Finance processes, drives automation and process improvements, and develops scalable finance practices. Leads and coaches the finance team while supporting strategic initiatives and complex transaction accounting.

Supports middle-office and operational processes for CLO and CFO portfolios, including trade settlement, transaction lifecycle management, legal document review, waterfall calculations, cash and position reconciliations, investment restriction testing, reporting, KYC onboarding, and coordination with administrators, service providers, legal, accounting, and investment teams.

Provides first- and second-line support for enterprise real estate and financial applications. Responsibilities include incident triage, application configuration, maintenance, release coordination, UAT support, integration monitoring, SQL/Excel/Power BI reporting, vendor coordination, compliance support, documentation, and root-cause analysis. The role also contributes to property onboarding, system rollouts, data quality initiatives, and continual service improvement while maintaining strong end-user service and SLA performance.

Leads capital partnerships and investment solutions for Brookfield Energy’s renewable power and transition platform. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating co-investments, continuation vehicles, yieldcos, joint ventures, minority stake sales, and other equity solutions; conducting sector research; coordinating investor outreach and diligence; preparing transaction materials; negotiating governance terms; and presenting investment strategies to institutional investors. The VP also supports new investment product development, manages junior team members, and collaborates with legal, tax, finance, investment, and asset management teams.

Compiles and evaluates financial forecasts, reporting submissions, variance analyses, capital expenditure plans, and operating results. Prepares management presentations, accounting memos, business plans, financial models, and scenario analyses. Supports credit agreement compliance, acquisitions, process improvements, and strategic projects while coordinating with operating asset and fund finance teams.

Lead global equity compensation administration including Shareworks platform management, transaction execution, reporting, and multi-jurisdictional tax coordination. Partner with Payroll, Tax, Finance and vendors on compliance, audits, payroll validation, accounting treatment, and disclosures. Drive process improvements, maintain governance and controls, develop participant communications, and mentor junior team members. Monitor regulatory changes and support integrations and special projects.

Lead FP&A consolidation and forecasting for Brookfield Credit, own OneStream FP&A, review forecasts and results, prepare profitability analyses and presentation decks, manage 1-2 analysts, coordinate submissions and stakeholder engagement, and drive process improvements.

The Vice President will lead M&A activity and secure debt financing for infrastructure investments, managing syndication processes and optimizing capital structures for acquisitions.

Lead Internal Audit Analytics & AI strategy; integrate analytics and AI across the audit lifecycle; develop scalable analytics, automation and responsible AI solutions; manage and mentor an analytics team; provide technical direction for Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Python and LLM tools; partner with audit and business stakeholders and present insights to senior management.
