The Manager – Analytics & Reporting will lead the enhancement of data visualization and analytics for business decisions, developing reporting tools and AI solutions. Responsibilities include dashboard design, data analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders on improved analytics solutions.

Lead and deliver high-priority transformation and AI adoption initiatives within Wealth Management Governance & Controls. Translate strategy into execution, manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects, drive change and adoption, define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and promote continuous improvement and accountability.

Support collections and strategic initiatives by advising on risk and control design, documenting and maintaining risk artifacts, executing RCSA/PRC/PSPRA/RCRA and issue management, interpreting regulatory requirements, driving remediation and root-cause analysis, and partnering with 1st/2nd/3rd line stakeholders to support audits and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage credit risk governance and oversight activities, including monitoring, reporting, and governance forum administration. Provide independent second-line challenge, ensure regulatory alignment, drive remediation of control gaps, and support reporting, training, and stakeholder engagement for retail lending portfolios.

Lead the design and delivery of digital money management products, prioritizing customer-centric experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Define strategy, write user stories, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer data, track metrics, manage stakeholders and change, and ensure timely, high-quality releases while applying risk management.

Lead development and execution of lending and portfolio strategies across commercial banking programs. Oversee program governance, portfolio monitoring, risk identification, capital optimization, and analytics to improve risk-adjusted returns and ensure alignment with business objectives and risk appetite. Partner with Risk and business leaders to strengthen controls, accountability, and performance reporting.

Manage a portfolio of high-risk commercial lending accounts by analyzing financials, assessing credit risk, recommending credit decisions and mitigations, monitoring portfolio performance, advising stakeholders, documenting credit rationale, and supporting strategic initiatives to reduce loss exposure and improve profitability.

Lead and execute IT audit engagements, develop annual audit plans, assess technology and control risks, advise stakeholders, use data analytics, manage and mentor audit teams, deliver clear audit reports to senior leadership, ensure compliance with audit methodology and regulatory requirements, and incorporate cloud and emerging technology risk assessments.

Lead strategy and execution for real‑estate secured lending account management and renewals. Translate portfolio and customer insights into scalable, automated renewal and treatment strategies, apply secured‑lending models (AVMs, behaviour scores), run champion‑challenger tests, partner with Product/Technology/Analytics for deployment, monitor portfolio health, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

Support AI risk oversight by designing, building, and documenting workflow automation and data pipelines. Produce and manage structured datasets, ensure data quality, and develop reporting/dashboards. Assist AI risk intake, use-case assessments, regulatory interpretation, and 2LOD oversight. Support governance, change management, training materials, and maintain risk program artifacts to enable monitoring, reporting, and remediation of AI-related operational risks.
