Lead technical analysis and design for data solutions, create data models and mapping documents, identify input/output data, mentor junior analysts, and support data warehousing, ETL, and cloud-based implementations.

Builds and manages referral networks to generate mortgage business and grow home-financing market share. Develops sales and marketing programs, identifies cross-sell opportunities, guides customers through mortgage applications, coordinates documentation and funding, and resolves service issues. Maintains regulatory compliance, analyzes business data, prepares reports, supports strategic initiatives, and collaborates with branch teams and internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused lending solutions.

Owns enterprise AI architecture across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and SaaS platforms. Defines target-state architecture, standards, guardrails, and governance; aligns engineering teams and senior stakeholders; oversees AI platform capabilities, Microsoft AI surfaces, security, DevOps, data, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance. Evaluates emerging AI technologies, supports architecture governance, mentors senior architects and engineers, and ensures production systems generate model-risk and regulatory evidence.

Lead credit adjudication and portfolio oversight for capital markets, ensuring credit quality and compliance with lending policies. Provide strategic advisory to senior leaders, deliver training and coaching, manage risk controls, develop reporting/analytics and information systems, and lead change and operational initiatives. Review credit transactions, approve exceptions, advise on terms and collateral, and support due diligence for acquisitions while managing stakeholder and regulator relationships.

Lead production, analysis, and enhancement of the bank's Funds Transfer Pricing framework. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, perform data testing and impact assessments, deliver insights to stakeholders, automate analytics, document data flows, and act as a trusted advisor to finance and business partners to support timely, accurate FTP rates and reporting.
