The Mobile Mortgage Specialist will develop and maintain customer relationships, target referrals, and receive sales training to achieve their goals. They will work independently in a competitive market, utilizing company resources to build their own business.

This role involves leading solution design and hands-on development in Wealth & Investment Management technology, producing design artifacts, collaborating with stakeholders, coding, and mentoring junior developers in Agile teams.

Lead strategic sourcing activities including supplier negotiations and RFPs, advise business leaders, manage risk and regulatory compliance, drive category strategy (including AI/IT sourcing), and develop team capabilities while collaborating across functions.

Lead and execute independent testing of AML/ATF, Sanctions, and ABAC controls across business lines and FIU operations. Develop test plans, perform fieldwork and sample testing, report findings, follow up on remediation, coach junior analysts, and communicate results to senior stakeholders to improve control effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Manage income tax accounting, reporting, forecasting, compliance and audits for assigned Canadian entities. Lead tax provisioning, GL analyses, shareholder/capital reporting, SOX documentation, and tax planning initiatives. Partner with Finance and business segments, provide analysis to support decisions, and supervise and develop tax staff to drive process improvements and controls.

Execute FCRM testing engagements to assess controls and regulatory compliance. Perform analytical research, document findings, provide independent opinions, follow up on remediation, advise on control effectiveness, and collaborate with stakeholders while staying current on AML, sanctions, and financial crime typologies.

Provide financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and dashboards to support Personal Banking. Advise business partners on accounting, controls, and operational processes; investigate issues, identify opportunities, and support initiatives, acquisitions, or restructurings. Manage stakeholder relationships, contribute to cross-functional projects, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and drive process improvements. Mentor teammates and share subject-matter expertise to influence decision-making at senior levels.

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Guidewire ClaimCenter and GWCP within TD Insurance. Design scalable integrations (APIs, event-driven, messaging), establish architecture standards and data models, govern designs, collaborate with business and vendors, drive POCs and cloud/DevOps adoption (AWS preferred), and provide technical leadership across large-scale programs.

Develop, test, and maintain software features and small enhancements; perform code reviews, unit/component testing, incident analysis and resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure solutions meet architecture, performance, and business requirements while driving quality, automation, and continuous improvement.

Provide inbound and outbound contact center support for TD Auto Finance customers, resolving inquiries and collections issues with empathy, meeting quality, compliance, and productivity targets, and participating in ongoing training. Work primarily remotely after 8–10 weeks of in-person onboarding in Markham.
