Lead design, delivery and continuous improvement of colleague well-being programs in Canada, including EFAP, a well-being app, and an ambassador program. Act as SME and trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, manage vendors and platforms, use data to track engagement and outcomes, ensure governance and compliance, and recruit/train ambassadors to support local activities.

Provide analysis, coordination, and support for employee well-being and absence programs. Run day-to-day program activities, collect and analyze data, support reporting and dashboards, assist with projects and launches, maintain communications and web content, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and support ambassador and engagement activities.
