Lead technical design and delivery of secure, scalable, cloud-native banking platforms. Lead modernization and maintenance of high-value wire payment rails (Fedwire, SWIFT, CHIPS, Lynx). Prioritize product backlog, drive migration from mainframe monoliths to microservices, ensure regulatory and AML compliance, define resilience and scalability requirements, and enable data lineage and reporting for regulatory and liquidity needs. Operate in Agile routines and collaborate with senior management, Risk, and AML teams.

The Senior Governance & Control Analyst provides strategic oversight for Finance's risk management programs, ensures compliance with regulations, assesses internal controls, and fosters a risk-aware culture through collaboration and process improvements.

Validate and review Generative AI and deep learning models, perform R&D on LLM evaluation and explainability, develop validation methodologies, apply statistical tests and benchmark models, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
