Performs design and operating effectiveness testing, analyzes evidence, identifies and escalates issues, follows up on findings, documents results, and provides recommendations to control partners. Uses SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for basic querying and parsing, and collaborates with testing teams and business stakeholders.

Develops and maintains economic capital, financial condition testing, and stress-testing models for TD Insurance entities. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance with OSFI guidelines, capital ratio recommendations, scenario analysis, reporting, model governance, peer review, and executive stakeholder support.
