The Vice President of Marketing will lead marketing strategies, align initiatives with business goals, develop the marketing team, and drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Design and own end-to-end IVR and voice conversational experiences (speech and DTMF). Translate requirements into call flows, specs, and user stories; support grammar design, usability testing, tuning, and collaboration with product, engineers, and speech scientists to optimize recognition and user experience.

Lead end-to-end migrations from legacy contact center platforms to Genesys Cloud CX. Translate operations into migration requirements, design omnichannel routing, integrate CRM/WFM/AI/reporting, manage stakeholders, migrate historical data, define success metrics, and ensure scalable, secure architecture and post-migration continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain cloud-based IVR applications. Collaborate with project teams to enhance customer experience and troubleshoot issues in IVR environments.

Lead strategy and execution for CX vendor partnerships to drive pipeline and revenue. Build co-sell GTM plans, embed Miratech as delivery partner, enable sellers, track partner-sourced/influenced revenue, and operationalize partner performance and governance.

The NICE CX-One Lead Engineer will design, implement, and optimize NICE-based solutions for customer experience, managing stakeholders, and providing SME support.
