Serve as a subject-matter trusted advisor for Pricing and Reference Data customers across the lifecycle (LAER). Monitor customer health, conduct business reviews, co-create success plans, drive adoption and organic expansion, surface feedback and issues, partner with internal teams, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
