Leads strategic HR for McCain’s North American manufacturing and operations organization. Leads global brand strategy, architecture, campaigns, digital brand experiences, brand tracking, marketing budgets, and ROI measurement for McCain’s snacking portfolio. Partners with regional teams and creative agencies to activate campaigns consistently across markets, stewards visual identity and brand governance, and supports reputation management. The role also leads, coaches, and develops a global marketing team while leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies.

Leads brand-building and integrated marketing communications for North American Foodservice brands. Responsibilities include integrated planning, campaign strategy and execution, agency briefing and management, full-funnel media planning, cross-functional influence, campaign measurement, and marketing effectiveness improvement. The role translates consumer insights into impactful omnichannel programs across paid, owned, earned, social, experiential, shopper, partnership, and creator channels while guiding teams and fostering innovation.

Manages the Loblaw retail account and McCain’s product portfolio, driving sales growth, profitability, customer partnerships, and market share. Responsibilities include developing account and joint business plans, managing trade spend and promotional budgets, conducting negotiations and business reviews, presenting analytics, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating product launches, and partnering with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations on forecasting and execution.

Leads Responsible AI governance and operational oversight across McCain’s AI portfolio. Establishes standards, evaluation methods, risk classifications, stage-gate reviews, testing and red-teaming practices, portfolio reporting, audit readiness, and compliance controls. Partners with AI, Engineering, Risk, Privacy, Architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are safe, effective, transparent, reliable, and scalable. Provides governance leadership, continuous improvement, and people management while maintaining separation from use case intake and prioritization.

Manage strategic Ontario key accounts for McCain’s foodservice business. Responsibilities include developing customer growth plans, driving sales and profitability targets, managing pipelines and complex sales cycles, forecasting, negotiating contracts and pricing, presenting business reviews, maintaining Salesforce records, and coordinating Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams. The role requires 15–20% travel within Ontario and focuses on profitable customer growth and long-term partnerships.
