Performs AML and KYC verification for Canadian commercial real estate clients and counterparties. Reviews identity, beneficial ownership, corporate structures, sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and other risk indicators; maintains compliance records and workflow systems; tracks outstanding requests; escalates higher-risk matters; supports reporting, audits, quality reviews, risk assessments, control testing, and process improvements. The role also provides administrative support to the Governance, Risk and Compliance team and requires fluent English and French.
