Lead human-centered UX research and end-to-end service design for complex digital products. Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, usability testing, and stakeholder consultations; translate findings into personas, journeys, service blueprints, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Apply accessibility standards, UX metrics, and Ontario Design System requirements. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, Agile teams, and leadership throughout discovery, delivery, testing, and implementation, using Figma and Azure DevOps.

Provides application and help desk support for end users, including IVR, digital and website troubleshooting, incident tracking, escalation, and customer communication. The role requires strong technical support skills and is offered as a long-term contract in Toronto with five days of onsite work per week. Four openings are available, including bilingual English/French positions, and an in-person interview is mandatory.
