Execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates, identify and pre-screen qualified talent, build candidate pipelines, maintain candidate records and relationships, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with recruitment delivery teams and client talent acquisition partners. The role also develops candidate communications, newsletters, marketing campaigns, and sourcing initiatives while representing the AGS brand.

Manages formal proposal and bid processes from RFx receipt through submission. Coordinates Sales, Operations, Finance, and subject matter experts; writes and edits proposals; develops win themes and pitch decks; facilitates bid meetings; ensures quality, branding, document control, and deadline compliance. Maintains the Loopio proposal database and documents activity in Salesforce. The role also supports solution development and peer reviews while managing multiple high-priority opportunities.

Manages the full contract labor requisition lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting, onboarding, assignment changes, time and expense tracking, offboarding, reporting, and supplier performance. Builds relationships with hiring managers, staffing vendors, contract workers, and internal partners while ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, timely issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
