Lead the design, development, and deployment of FPGA-based systems for satellite payloads, overseeing a diverse team while ensuring high-quality and efficient project execution.

Support spacecraft architecture, analysis, and verification tasks including trade studies, mission and technical budgets, requirements management, MBSE model contribution, scripting for analysis/automation, and cross-functional engineering support for design reviews and hardware testing.

Develop reusable models, tools, and simulation frameworks for spacecraft and payloads; collaborate with SMEs to model subsystem interactions; validate digital twins with flight data; build CI, automated analysis, and documentation tools; train users and optimize simulation fidelity, performance, and usability to support mission analysis and spacecraft development.

Lead end-to-end program management for satellite systems from concept through on-orbit operations. Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, and EVM-based performance tracking; coordinate cross-functional teams, engage customers and suppliers, run programmatic and technical reviews, mentor program managers, and support proposal and contract activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Support Marketing & Communications with campaign execution, event planning, content creation, marketing operations, budget tracking, asset management, and reporting. Capture event photos/videos and help produce social and product marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite while coordinating vendors and maintaining project documentation.
