Embed with service teams to define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, run Operational Readiness Reviews, improve incident-to-improvement pipelines, advise on resilience and architecture, reduce operational toil through automation, and shape org-wide on-call practices and operational maturity.

Build and maintain FinOps data pipelines, BigQuery and dbt models, cost attribution systems, forecasting and anomaly detection models, and cost-versus-revenue analytics. Design, build, and operate Supabase’s multi-region compute platform, including provisioning, orchestration, autoscaling, warm pools, resource optimization, observability, and reliability improvements. The role involves operating large Kubernetes clusters, improving infrastructure automation and architecture, responding to incidents, participating in on-call rotations, and resolving systemic platform issues. Strong Go and TypeScript skills, AWS experience, distributed systems knowledge, and cloud infrastructure expertise are required.

Design, build, and operate distributed platform services and APIs using TypeScript and Go. Own the Supabase Auth product roadmap and developer experience across authentication, authorization, identity, SSO, MFA, passkeys, OAuth, organizations, and multi-tenant applications. Collaborate with customers, Engineering, Design, Security, and GTM; use product data to prioritize improvements; define authentication for AI agents; and align teams on product plans and rationale.
