Owns the implementation and adoption of Aviso and the Zaigo Labs Control Desk, translating business processes into requirements, workflows, integrations, and acceptance criteria. Manages external development partners, coordinates testing and handoff, maps NetSuite data, supports training and change management, and reports adoption outcomes. Also leads AI and automation intake, facilitates the Claude User Group, maintains prompt and context libraries, and guides governed AI connectors and workflows across the organization.

Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, integrations, automation scripts, and AI-enabled features using JavaScript, Python, and PHP. Connect internal systems with third-party platforms, support enterprise business platform customizations, troubleshoot workflows, test solutions, and document code and processes. Collaborate with technical leads, business users, vendors, and outside developers to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions while learning emerging technologies.
