Manage and expand Clio’s Voice of Customer programs, including NPS, CSAT, listening posts, AI-enabled feedback workflows, customer panels, and feedback loops. Analyze customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, integrate VoC data with customer systems, and deliver actionable insights.
