Own the vision, roadmap, execution, and quality measurement for Clio’s AI Search platform. Lead engineering and ML teams developing hybrid lexical and semantic search across documents, emails, and records. Improve relevance through ranking, query understanding, embeddings, A/B testing, click-through analysis, and offline evaluations. Coordinate across Clio products while balancing relevance, latency, cost, permissions, and customer AI preferences. Lead payments product strategy within Clio’s FinTech team. Develop strategic roadmaps, conduct customer and market research, prioritize initiatives, build business cases, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Partner with engineering and design counterparts, use quantitative data to guide decisions, engage customers, and mentor other Product Managers. The role requires fintech experience, strong financial literacy, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.

Manage Clio’s organic social media presence by drafting, publishing, and adapting content across platforms. Monitor conversations, engage audiences, track performance, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives. Create and edit short-form video, support thought leadership, maintain brand voice, and experiment with emerging formats and channels across technology, AI, legaltech, and legal industry topics.

Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Clio’s accounting integrations, including QuickBooks Online and Xero. Define integration requirements, ensure accurate and compliant financial data flows, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Billing, Payments, GTM, and Compliance teams. Build relationships with legal-sector finance stakeholders, translate complex accounting workflows into simple product experiences, drive adoption, and measure customer and business impact.

Coordinates enterprise marketing operations across events and community programs. Manages project plans, budgets, purchase orders, contracts, vendors, invoices, and finance reconciliations while supporting event logistics and stakeholder communication. Maintains operational systems, calendars, documentation, and process improvements, serving as an administrative partner to marketing leadership. Requires strong organization, spreadsheet and procurement-platform skills, contract-routing experience, and frequent travel across the GTA and United States.

Lead detection and incident response across corporate security systems.
