Design, build, maintain, and support reliable production software for developer tools and AI-human workflows. The role includes making technical decisions, collaborating across Engineering, Product, Design, and Support, building APIs and data integrations, writing automated tests, applying security and observability practices, and using cloud and CI/CD technologies. Engineers also participate in code reviews, documentation, pairing, and AI-assisted development.

Own and improve identity, Google Workspace, endpoint management, SaaS administration, automation, and employee lifecycle systems for a global remote company. Lead deployments, troubleshoot complex cross-system issues, implement security and compliance controls, automate evidence collection, and deliver technical projects. Partner with IT, Security, and Risk teams while documenting practices, coordinating rollouts, and mentoring colleagues.
