Develop customer relationships and grow sales for industrial controls, sensors, safety, connectivity and related electrical solutions. Deliver technical presentations, provide ongoing customer support, collaborate with internal teams, and create yearly business plans. Participate in training and mentorship to progress to a senior sales role.

Drive sales growth through prospecting and onboarding new accounts, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, conducting regular account visits, building opportunity pipeline, documenting all activities in CRM, and coordinating with project, branch, and operations teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Manage day-to-day customer credit accounts: maintain master data, process new account setup, handle cheque and portal billing operations, coordinate with internal teams, prepare trade tapes and bureau updates, and support process improvements and special projects for the Credit Operations team.

Support and implement pricing and gross margin improvement initiatives. Build BI dashboards and analyses, perform competitive pricing and segmentation, drive standardized pricing practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and adjust pricing programs to meet margin targets.
