Serves as the first point of contact by answering and routing calls, assisting callers, greeting visitors, delivering professional customer service, distributing mail and correspondence, and overseeing the guest sign-in system. The role requires managing a busy office environment with strong communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, and proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Supports IT projects and operational initiatives, troubleshoots Windows, Microsoft 365, and workplace technology issues, and assists with infrastructure improvements. Provides end-user communication, task management, documentation, and routine problem resolution while following technical standards and escalating complex issues. The role requires exposure to Windows Server administration, networking, ITSM tools, security concepts, and Microsoft 365 administration, with Linux, scripting, IAM, and related certifications considered assets.

Supports recurring corporate tax compliance and reporting across monthly, quarterly, and year-end cycles. Prepares tax schedules and workpapers, tracks filing deadlines, gathers source documentation, completes electronic and paper filings, reconciles filings to accounting records, and assists with tax accrual and payment journal entries. The role also supports internal and external audits, manages tax archives, coordinates with stakeholders and advisors, and responds to ad hoc requests.

Develop customer relationships and grow sales for industrial controls, sensors, safety, connectivity and related electrical solutions. Deliver technical presentations, provide ongoing customer support, collaborate with internal teams, and create yearly business plans. Participate in training and mentorship to progress to a senior sales role.

Drive sales growth through prospecting and onboarding new accounts, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, conducting regular account visits, building opportunity pipeline, documenting all activities in CRM, and coordinating with project, branch, and operations teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Support and implement pricing and gross margin improvement initiatives. Build BI dashboards and analyses, perform competitive pricing and segmentation, drive standardized pricing practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and adjust pricing programs to meet margin targets.
