Leads business transformation and process improvement initiatives across the organization. Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Authorization products (Payment Host, Encryption Platform). Partner with engineering, data science, card brands, and stakeholders to build secure, compliant, scalable payment infrastructure, define OKRs, manage product performance, and drive go-to-market execution.

Lead Scrum delivery for 2–3 Agile product teams: facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, protect sprint integrity, coach Agile practices, align roadmaps/OKRs, use metrics for continuous improvement, and support cross-team risk/dependency management while contributing to an Agile community of practice.

Review merchant source documents, validate and correct input/output data and batching errors, verify control totals and reports, support daily operations (profile creation, device/SIM activations, rollouts), provide first-level support, coordinate urgent requests, collaborate cross-functionally on escalations, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Design and govern enterprise network architecture across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. Define standards, security segmentation, and automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting. Lead adoption of SD‑WAN and SASE, oversee Cisco, F5, and Palo Alto platforms, partner with cross‑functional teams, and act as SME/escalation lead to ensure secure, resilient network services for merchant traffic.

Operate and modernize a large-scale RHEL estate across on-prem and cloud. Build automation (Ansible, Python, Bash, GitHub), manage virtualization (vSphere, Nutanix, Azure IaaS), maintain platform lifecycle and security (patching, upgrades, PKI, AD/sssd), support incidents/changes in ServiceNow, produce documentation and run rotational on-call for 24/7 production systems.

Design, standardize, automate, and modernize on-premises and hybrid infrastructure. Build IaC and automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell), harden RHEL and Windows images to compliance baselines, act as Level 3 SME across compute, storage, virtualization, and identity, participate in ITIL processes, and collaborate with security, SRE, and architecture teams on upgrades, migrations, and compliance.

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead endpoint management strategies, oversee device standards, support end-user technologies, and provide technical guidance within Moneris' hybrid environment.

Design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Experience, and Revenue Clouds using Apex and Lightning Web Components. Lead integrations with MuleSoft and Salesforce APIs, contribute to data model and platform architecture, maintain code quality through reviews, and support Agile delivery including QA and UAT.

Design and own the technical architecture for Moneris' API platform. Lead end-to-end API implementation projects, ensure security, scalability and availability, conduct vendor assessments and proofs of concept, define API strategy and best practices, collaborate with engineering and SRE teams, and mentor junior engineers while contributing technical documentation and customer-facing materials.

Design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce-based marketing solutions (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Data Cloud). Implement multi-channel journeys, automations, integrations (APIs, SFTP, ETL), data models, consent frameworks, deliverability, and audience activation. Translate business requirements into technical implementations and own complex, multi-system workflows to deliver measurable lifecycle marketing outcomes.

Lead administration and modernization of enterprise Windows infrastructure across on-prem and cloud. Own AD, Group Policy, clustering, SQL Server HA, patching, automation with PowerShell, runbooks, incident resolution, and mentor teammates while collaborating with engineering and security.

Lead and grow a Data Engineering team to modernize enterprise data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks), deliver secure scalable batch and real-time pipelines, enable DataOps/MLOps, establish CI/CD and IaC practices, monitor platform health, and drive strategic platform migrations and performance optimizations with cross-functional stakeholders.
