Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

As the Partner Enablement and Activations Manager, you will lead how Moneris engages, equips, and activates our partner ecosystem—including banks, ISOs, ISVs, affiliates, and associations. In this role, you will design and deliver a repeatable engagement and activation framework that ensures every partner is informed, empowered, and ready to promote and sell Moneris solutions with confidence.

You will own the full partner enablement lifecycle, creating programs, content, and tools that support partners from onboarding through ongoing adoption, launch readiness, and rep or employee turnover. You will ensure partners remain “evergreen-enabled”—always current on Moneris value propositions, offers, capabilities, and joint solutions.

By building consistent governance, processes, and enablement toolkits, you will accelerate partner time-to-first-win, increase partner-led pipeline and conversion, and safeguard brand, compliance, and accuracy across all partner-facing materials. Your work will help drive measurable partner-led growth, strengthen market presence, and unlock long-term value across strategic partner segments.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Partner Marketing.

Posting Type: New Position (2 positions).

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $124,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
  • Support the enablement needs for a diversified portfolio of ISOs, ISVs and associations/affiliates to ensure coverage and scalability.
  • Build and run the release-to-partner workflow (e.g., launch briefs, FAQs, demo scripts, gamified learning, campaign-in-a-box) within our Service level agreement.
  • Govern the partner asset library (e.g., versioning, sunset schedules, change logs, repository hygiene and searchability).
  • Design role-based learning paths (seller/marketer/technical) and microlearning content, working with partners to integrate learning and activation content into existing programs and platforms.
  • Instrument analytics for activation health (e.g., adoption, release readiness times, pipeline attribution, win rates).
  • Develop and own:
    • partner onboarding journeys and playbooks.
    • partner learning content (e.g., joint learning programs with FI team, training kits, microlearning videos), release enablement/activation packages (e.g., partner-specific launch briefs, FAQs, campaign-in-a-box).
    • Activation and enablement assets for partners (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, industry vertical proof points, case studies, competitive positioning, objection handling).
    • evergreen onboarding “starter kits” plus ongoing update tracks to keep partners current, enablement calendar and communications (e.g., quarterly cadences, release notes, partner newsletters).
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Learning & Development considered a asset.
  • We may consider equivalent work experience a substitution.
  • 4+ years in partner-focused learning and development and channel enablement.
  • Previous experience in the payment/FinTech industry preferred.
  • Partner lifecycle and release enablement - delivery of lifecycle enablement tied to releases and measurable pipeline/revenue impact.
  • Content Development and Governance - strong content development and storytelling; comfort with marketing, automation, CRM and reporting/analytics.
  • Training Design - experience managing a Learning Management System, Digital Asset Management platform, or similar, considered an asset. Strength in reimagining enablement through new content formats - micro-videos, tool walkthroughs, interactive guides, gamification and modular assets - moving beyond static one-pagers to build modern experiences.
  • Program management and prioritization
