Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

As a Specialist, HR Technology at Moneris, you will be a key contributor to optimizing our HR systems and processes. You will leverage your expertise to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the platform, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations and positive employee experience.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, HR Technology.

Posting Type: Replacement.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $119,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
  • Collaborate with HR business leaders to understand evolving HR needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR technology, providing guidance, support, and training to HR teams and other stakeholders.

  • Support system analysis, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR efficiency and data integrity.

  • Support the development and execute test plans for system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.

  • Generate reports to identify trends and support decision-making.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience considered in place of formal education.

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a strong understanding of HCM, learning and talent related modules. Post-secondary education in Business or Human Resources.

Nice-to-have...

  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Integrations.

  • Previous experience in the payments industry or bilingual capabilities.
