Assess coverage, liability, and damages; communicate decisions to third parties and counsel; prepare internal, large-loss, and reinsurance summaries; and drive claims to resolution. The role also mentors adjusters, trains new hires, manages demanding workloads, and maintains a strong customer experience.

Provides technical and administrative support for reinsurance governance, capital management, and corporate underwriting. Prepares senior-management reports, analyzes reinsurance contract language, identifies issues, gathers data across departments, and supports the reinsurance buyer. The role requires strong financial judgment, data management, document review, organization, communication, and deadline management, with 2–5 years of financial-services experience preferred.

Leads commercial middle-market underwriting, including risk evaluation, policy documentation, selection, negotiation, and pricing. Manages and develops underwriting staff, coaches team members, oversees change management, and maintains broker and customer relationships. Collaborates with Actuarial and Claims teams while providing operational leadership and customized insurance solutions.

Own and optimize Northbridge’s Microsoft SharePoint intranet and careers website. Develop engaging digital content and intuitive web experiences, support stakeholders, ensure brand consistency, troubleshoot and test solutions, and guide teams as the platform subject matter expert. The role also drives continuous improvement across employee communications and digital channels while collaborating with IT, Cyber, People & Culture, and senior leaders.

Owns the enterprise CRM ecosystem, shaping its roadmap, data strategy, Customer 360 capabilities, adoption, and value realization. The role translates customer and business strategy into scalable technology and operational outcomes while leading cross-functional collaboration across IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. It requires executive-level influence, data-driven decision-making, and leadership of complex transformation initiatives.

Lead indirect and commodity tax compliance and advisory for the organization. Oversee monthly and annual filings, support tax audits, interpret Canadian federal and provincial indirect tax legislation, analyze data for reporting, and act as subject matter expert to business partners and senior leadership in a hybrid Toronto-based finance team.

Develop and execute integrated content strategies across digital, print, and executive channels. Create thought leadership, award submissions, executive presentations, and campaigns. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear, audience-focused messaging while managing multiple projects and maintaining high attention to detail.
