What it’s like to be a Northbridge Insurance Development Coordinator
This role is key member of the Group and Individual Insurance MGA team, Vertis Insurance. This role will help contribute to the growth of the Group and Individual Insurance business. The successful incumbent will provide centralized sales support to our MGA team and help increase production and promote carrier parent products through proactive and reactive sales objectives. In this role, the insurance coordinator will work closely with the Group and Individual Insurance Specialists by responding to requests and providing strong administrative support to advisors on sales cases, and connecting advisors to carrier partner resources, tools, and assisting with the education to enhance the advisors' success.

If you are great at:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key advisors, and brokers by providing exceptional customer service and support for them
- Supporting in reviewing requests for proposals (Group) prior to sending to Group carrier partners
- Providing illustration requests (Individual insurance) utilizing insurance carrier software
- Focusing on ensuring service level to advisors are maintained; key emphasis on building rapport and relationships to ensure strong long-term relationships by providing high level of support to advisors
- Assisting with the handling of the day-to-day servicing and inquiries and will require quick response times to Advisors
If you have:
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent on the job experience
- Life and A&S license
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in the insurance industry and insurance knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
