At Northbridge, our Lead Actuarial Analyst are known in the organization for being experts at providing insights to other departments by acquiring, analyzing, and evaluating company and industry data. Our Lead Actuarial Analyst will use their strong technical knowledge to learn and gain a thorough understanding of the financial impact this change will have on our business.

Our Lead Actuarial Analyst will support this transition by building data requirements and testing, implementing and enhancing processes efficiencies across the business area, and supporting the audit review and approval.

Our Lead Actuarial Analyst are analytical, have strong communication skills, and are proficient with various software and systems.

We want your talent

If you are great at:

  • Developing and verifying sources of data for analysis to ensure data is sufficient, current, and accurate

  • Using your technical knowledge to resolve complex problems

  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure proper communication of observed trends to key stakeholders

If you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Sciences or a Master’s Degree in Mathematics

  • Passed at least 5 of the 9 CAS exams, or relevant experience

  • Computer literate (SAS, Excel, VBA an asset)

  • Reserving experience

  • Accounting knowledge is an asset
