Manages automotive engineering and manufacturing programs by coordinating resources, schedules, meetings, contracts, invoices, quality processes, and customer deliverables. Works with design engineers, fabricators, and apprentices to develop manufacturable components, track action items, resolve execution barriers, maintain project documentation, and ensure timely job closure. The role also supports continuous improvement, safety compliance, training, communication, and prioritization across multiple overlapping component projects.

Build finite element models, perform structural simulations and engineering calculations, recommend design improvements, review requirements, and prepare technical reports for automotive components, assemblies, and vehicles. Collaborate with design, testing, manufacturing, and OEM teams while applying FEA, multi-body analysis, and evolving simulation tools to support production designs.

Design automotive mechanisms and components from concept through high-volume production. Create 3D CAD models, GD&T drawings, DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, tolerance stack-ups, and engineering calculations. Lead virtual and physical validation, support DFM, DFA, and value analysis, collaborate with electronics, software, quality, and manufacturing teams, assemble prototypes, communicate with OEM customers, and improve product performance and design processes.

Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers to deliver automotive programs from award through production and end-of-life. Ensure on-time, on-budget execution, monitor KPIs, manage risks and scope changes, drive cross-functional issue resolution, oversee financial performance, and standardize program management processes to improve launch and operational outcomes.

Hands-on configuration, extension, and maintenance of Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace and backend Teamcenter (BMIDE). Implement and test data model changes, manage deployments, edit XRT stylesheets, document run books, and collaborate with engineers to ensure stable, maintainable PLM workflows.

Lead the finance workstream for S/4HANA implementation and stabilization, design reporting and data models, drive AI/automation and Power BI/Fabric reporting, coordinate UAT and adoption, strengthen controls, and deliver scalable finance reporting and integrations across systems.

Design and develop automotive structures and suspension components from concept to production.
