Manage and improve supplier quality, cost, delivery, readiness, and manufacturing capability. Lead supplier qualification, audits, APQP, PSO, PPAP, capacity evaluations, risk assessments, corrective actions, and launch support. Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, plant quality, and global suppliers while tracking performance metrics and driving Lean continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with supplier quality requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer standards. Occasional international travel is required.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, plant layouts, equipment, tooling, work instructions, bills of materials, routers, and standard costs. Supports product introductions, engineering changes, supplier coordination, process failure analysis, ergonomics, safety, cost reduction, corrective actions, and production-floor productivity. Ensures compliance with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, OHSA, and company procedures while applying Kaizen principles.

Manage and maintain the automotive quality management system, including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 documentation, audits, training records, customer requirements, management reviews, and environmental records. Conduct floor audits, monitor production quality, coordinate calibration, track quality alerts and deviations, and support investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, quality teams, customers, and suppliers to maintain compliance and resolve quality issues.

Manage vulnerability lifecycle and threat management, operate security monitoring (SIEM/EDR/IDS/IPS/DLP), perform incident detection and response, conduct risk and patch management, improve security architecture, and collaborate with IT teams to drive remediation and compliance.

Support design and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics across SAP platforms (S/4HANA, SAC, BDC). Lead data modeling, testing, governance, dashboarding, and stakeholder engagement. Identify and implement AI use cases and drive adoption of SAP Joule and AI-assisted analytics. Participate in data projects, PMO governance, variance analysis, KPIs, and scenario modeling to enable data-driven decisions.

Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers to deliver automotive programs from award through production and end-of-life. Ensure on-time, on-budget execution, monitor KPIs, manage risks and scope changes, drive cross-functional issue resolution, oversee financial performance, and standardize program management processes to improve launch and operational outcomes.

Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production equipment and plant systems. Execute preventive maintenance, document equipment changes (MVP), weld (MIG/TIG/stick), support multiple shifts, recommend efficiency improvements, and ensure safe working conditions while participating in training and downtime reduction.

Hands-on configuration, extension, and maintenance of Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace and backend Teamcenter (BMIDE). Implement and test data model changes, manage deployments, edit XRT stylesheets, document run books, and collaborate with engineers to ensure stable, maintainable PLM workflows.

Lead the finance workstream for S/4HANA implementation and stabilization, design reporting and data models, drive AI/automation and Power BI/Fabric reporting, coordinate UAT and adoption, strengthen controls, and deliver scalable finance reporting and integrations across systems.

Design and develop automotive structures and suspension components from concept to production. Create 3D CAD models and GD&T drawings, support DFM/DFA and VA/VE, validate designs via CAE and testing, analyze test results, support prototype builds and launches, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and customers to meet performance, cost, and manufacturability targets.

Support planning and execution of automotive test programs. Set up and calibrate instrumentation, design test fixtures, run durability/performance/NVH tests, analyze data, document results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fixed day/evening/weekend shifts; on-site in Markham.

Build, modify, repair, and test tooling and fixtures to customer specifications. Troubleshoot tool and die issues during production, perform TIG/MIG welding, implement SPC, maintain records in MVP, support quick die change objectives, produce samples, and mentor apprentices while ensuring quality and production schedules.

Lead design and validation of automotive mechanisms from concept to high-volume production. Create 3D CAD and GD&T drawings, perform DFMEA, DVP&R, tolerance analysis, prototypes, testing, and collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, electronics, and customers while mentoring junior engineers.
