Lead the finance workstream for S/4HANA implementation and stabilization, design reporting and data models, drive AI/automation and Power BI/Fabric reporting, coordinate UAT and adoption, strengthen controls, and deliver scalable finance reporting and integrations across systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesS/4HANA Program Leadership:
- Lead Finance workstream for S/4HANA implementation and stabilization
- Define reporting requirements, chart of accounts, and data structures
- Coordinate UAT, user readiness, and post-go-live enhancements
- Drive adoption of standardized finance processes
- Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities in finance processes
- Deploy advanced dashboards and KPI frameworks aligned to operations
- Enable tools (Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, etc.) for scalable insights
- Build automated reporting for key drivers (inventory, AR/AP, cost drivers)
- Design scalable reporting models integrating SAP and other systems
- Ensure data governance, integrity, and consistency across divisions
- Translate business needs into technical/reporting solutions
- Assess financial/operational processes and identify control gaps
- Implement technology-enabled controls and monitoring solutions
- Improve reporting speed, accuracy, and transparency
- Standardize and enhance vendor callback confirmation processes using automation and AI-supported workflows to strengthen financial controls and audit traceability
- Corporate IT & SAP teams
- Finance leadership & divisional stakeholders
- Cross-functional teams (Ops, HR)
- Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Finance with systems focus
- Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
- Hands-on AI / BI tools (Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, etc.)
- Strong data modeling, integration, and automation skills
- Background in IT-enabled finance or transformation roles
