Partners with Finance and business teams to improve forecasting accuracy, automate reporting, resolve data discrepancies, and support strategic initiatives and special projects.

Supports global property finance process management, outsourcing governance, accounting compliance, budgeting, forecasting, systems implementation, and process standardization. The role monitors service-level KPIs, improves accounting workflows, provides financial reporting and actionable insights, supports property teams and outsourcing partners, and contributes to cross-functional projects. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required, along with hospitality accounting experience and occasional travel.

The Analyst, Data Strategy supports the implementation of data strategies and governance by collaborating with teams to gather requirements, develop policies, and ensure data alignment with business goals, while also managing budgets and promoting a data-driven culture.

Lead TID PMO operations to improve execution, governance, reporting, and portfolio visibility. Own and administer Monday.com and integrations, drive tool adoption, build dashboards and KPIs, run delivery assurance and governance, coordinate legal intake, and operationalize AI/Copilot automation to scale PMO standards and decision support across delivery teams and leadership.

Owns the enterprise testing strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including test design, automation governance, UAT, performance testing, integration testing, release compliance, and defect management. The role governs QA processes, tools, test environments, data, reporting, deployment controls, and automation adoption. It leads release readiness, CAB participation, compliance traceability, stakeholder UAT workshops, complex defect resolution, and mentoring of QA teams across corporate and business units.
