The Manager, AI Technology Enablement, is a seasoned professional who can lead the delivery of AI priorities across our global organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement frameworks that enhance the organization's AI capabilities, as well as to educate and promote the use of intelligent systems within Four Seasons.
Responsibilities include:

Building an internal AI program that improves business efficiencies and enriches work experience

Lead the end-to-end implementation of a variety of AI capabilities

Define, implement, and analyze metrics and operational output to measure the adoption and impact of AI solutions

Make data driven decisions to continuously improve and evolve our AI strategy

Champion our AI initiatives, build field engagement, and drive adoption of AI tools and technology within the organization
This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Director, Software Services, Integrations & Lab. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.
What You’ll Be Doing
Program Enablement:

Evangelism: Champion our programs across the organization, ensuring stakeholders understand the value and impact of our initiatives while fostering a culture of collaboration and enthusiasm for new technologies and practices.

Training and Education: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and educational resources that equip the organization with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively utilize our tools and methodologies.

Establishing a Champion Network: Identify and cultivate a network of program champions who can advocate for and drive adoption within their respective teams, providing support and feedback to enhance overall program effectiveness.

Prioritization of Use Cases: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize use cases that align with our strategic goals, ensuring that resources are focused on the most impactful projects.

AI Governance: Build teams and committees to address AI business needs and requests and implement strategies that align with policy and culture.

Building Principles and Best Practices: Develop and define core principles and practices that guide the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring consistency and scalability across programs.
Project/Technology Management:

Work with relevant stakeholders to define requirements, and align development scope and provide thought leadership to the vision and goals of the organization

Assess impact, benefits, and risks of projects
Consultancy:

Identify emerging issues and industry trends that may have an impact on the organization
-
Leverage AI experience and expertise to be the Subject Matter Expert; providing advice and recommendations that align with defined Roadmaps
Vendor Management:

Work closely with technology partners to identify opportunities that will benefit Four Seasons
-
Develop insight into technology roadmap that may be useful to the organization
Who You Are

The ability to manage many projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a high-energy, fast-paced, and evolving environment

Operate autonomously across multiple teams

Proficient in Agile methodology, particularly in fast-paced Scrum settings

Demonstrate ability to lead and drive strategic initiatives related to AI
-
Ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, natural language processing, and RAG techniques
-
Must be able to build solutions for enterprise systems using low-code solutions such as Power Apps and CoPilot Studio

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure preferred
-
Experience working with JIRA, Monday, Atlassian products and CI/CD tools

Nice to have skills:

Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
-
Experience with programming languages such as Python, R

What You Bring
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading new technology implementation and adoption
-
Demonstrated experience managing AI projects and teams
-
Strong knowledge and interest in AI technologies, including LLMs, Natural Language Processing and RAG techniques

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
