Manager, Executive Compensation & Global Mobility
The Manager, Executive Compensation & Global Mobility will be responsible for managing and implementing executive compensation programs and global mobility strategies that support Four Seasons strategic initiatives and enhance the employee experience.
You will stay ahead of industry trends and lead executive pay reviews to ensure competitive and compelling compensation for senior leaders. This role includes managing the administration and optimization of executive compensation plans, incentive programs, and policies while serving as the primary contact for policy interpretation on executive pay matters. You will lead the preparation of quarterly materials for the Board of Directors and Human Resources Committee, manage annual committee work plans, and coordinate cross-functional reporting.
In global mobility, you will oversee relocation policies, manage relationships with global relocation providers, and act as the primary liaison for employee tax matters between our external tax service provider and employees.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Board-Level Reporting
- Prepare quarterly materials for Board of Directors and Human Resources committee meetings.
- Manage the annual committee work plan and coordinate plans for quarterly meetings.
- Collaborate with Finance and People & Culture teams to provide quarterly reporting.
Executive Compensation - Market Research and Benchmarking
- Oversee the benchmarking and market competitiveness of corporate senior leaders in the organization.
- Analyze industry compensation trends and benchmark the company’s executive pay against competitors to ensure competitiveness.
Executive Incentive Plan Management
- Collaborate with finance partners to manage the annual administration cycle of compensation plans, including preparing plan documents, issuing agreements, tracking performance, and administering year-end payouts.
- Review and benchmark incentive compensation plans to ensure they are market competitive, align with organizational objectives, and provide a differentiated employee experience.
- Lead education and communication efforts related to incentive programs.
Compensation Policies Management
- Review, update, and draft compensation policies as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing policy interpretation matters.
Global Mobility
- Serve as the relationship manager with the global relocation provider.
- Develop, review, and administer the company’s relocation policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee tax matters, liaising between corporate tax advisors and international assignees.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
- Certified Compensation Professional & Global Remuneration Professional preferred.
- At least five years of experience in compensation, with a focus on executive compensation and Board-level reporting.
- Strong experience in executive pay analysis and incentive design.
- Background in global mobility policies and practices is ideal but not required.
- Employee tax background.
- Consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI Required.
- Experience working with Workday HRIS, an asset.
- Experience with compensation planning tools (e.g., market compensation surveys)

- Financial and business acumen.
- Able to interact with executive level leaders and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple critical deliverables with attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver and able to identify root causes.
- Exceptional analytical and technical skills with expertise in financial modelling and compensation analytics.
- Strong grasp of market surveys and job pricing methodologies.
- Ability to create clear and compelling presentations on complex matters.
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
