Leads civil roadway design for major MTO and municipal transportation projects from preliminary through detailed design. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical reports, drawings, contract documents, quantities, and cost estimates; conducting quality control in roadway design software; supporting site inspections and constructability reviews; mentoring junior staff; coordinating multidisciplinary teams; managing client and agency relationships; and contributing to business development and proposals.
