Job Description
Come join our growing project management team and contribute to our success in developing our expertise within CIMA+. We are currently recruiting a Document Controller to work for a major complex project. For this position, you will be working daily (5 days) directly in the office project site, which in Mississauga.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure that document management aligns to policy and procedures for the organization and meets contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the consistent application of document control processes across the program
- Manage effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders
- Support the change management and contract processes across the program
- Coach, mentor, and support the career development of employees
Qualifications
- Recognized diploma in a related discipline or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with document management and control
- Exposure to document management workflows and systems (e.g., Oracle Unifier Document Module, Aconex, ProjectWise)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident interacting with a variety of program stakeholders
