Own and grow a pipeline of studio, publisher, and ecosystem partnerships for trophi.ai. Hunt, structure, and close deals (POCs to commercial agreements), manage strategic partners, collaborate with Product/Data Science on integrations, create partner materials, represent the company at events, and drive partnership execution and upsells.

Lead product discovery, define metrics, run experiments and analyze product usage to inform strategy. Translate user insights into prioritized requirements, write specs, manage JIRA, coordinate Design/Eng/Marketing, and support launches to drive activation, retention, and revenue.

Work directly with founders to drive strategic analysis, market research, and quantitative business cases; build operating processes, OKRs, and cross-functional execution; support partnerships, BD, and investor storytelling.
