Work directly with founders to drive strategic analysis, market research, and quantitative business cases; build operating processes, OKRs, and cross-functional execution; support partnerships, BD, and investor storytelling.
What we’re doing
We’re building the AI-powered coaching platform that transforms how gamers learn, compete, and win. Backed by a16z with $12M raised, we’re live in 5 titles with 100K+ users and rapidly expanding into new games, hardware partnerships, and SDK integrations.
We’re hiring a Business Operations Associate to join our core team and work directly with the founders to build the backbone of our business. This is a unique opportunity to help scale the world’s first AI coaching platform for gamers at the intersection of gaming and AI.

- Lead market analysis, competitive deep dives, and opportunity sizing to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Build business cases and quantitative models that inform go/no-go decisions on new games, partnerships, and investment bets.
- Help chase down ambiguous, zero-to-one problems , from hypothesis to framework to action plan.
Ops & Execution

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
- First-principles thinker who can structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks.
- Outstanding communication can craft executive-level decks and align stakeholders.
- Relentlessly resourceful — you move fast, solve problems without a playbook, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
