Frequent regional and international engagement (≈25% travel).

Support manufacturing programs from inception through launch, implement lean/MAFACT practices, develop standard work and APQP documentation, lead CI activities and Kaizen events, assist equipment/tooling installation, and analyze processes to reduce cost and improve flow and quality.

Co-op/intern assists the engineering team with data collection, analysis, ergonomic and material-flow evaluations, mechanical part/tool design, and supports manufacturing engineers. Maintains records, helps develop procedures and Continuous Improvement initiatives, and works in an industrial manufacturing environment with occasional outside-hours requirements.

Support design, build, and test activities for components/sub-assemblies. Prepare simple plans, calculations, BOMs and engineering documentation. Assist with CAE/hand calculations, analyze FEA/FMEA/DOE data, support compliance with product, manufacturing, and quality requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams under engineering guidance.

Support manufacturing engineer on carryover and new program launches, analyze quality (PPM) and productivity (OEE), maintain tracking materials for QOS and ergonomic committees, assist with quotations, perform ergonomic/safety risk assessments and audits, and read AutoCAD layouts.

Support Quality Engineer on carryover and new program launches, analyze internal quality (PPM) and productivity (OEE), update QOS tracking and presentations, assist with quotations, perform ergonomic/safety risk assessments and audits, and contribute to continuous improvement and prototype builds.

Lead group-level financial controllership for multi-entity automotive manufacturing: month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, cost accounting, inventory/WIP controls, commercial finance for RFQs/quoting, pricing governance, and modernize reporting via Power BI and AI-enabled analytics while partnering cross-functionally to improve margins and launch performance.

Manage supplier quality and delivery, ensure IATF/ISO compliance through audits and corrective actions, handle day-to-day quality issues (QPFs, 8D), complete APQP/PPAP/GD&T and product launches, monitor supplier performance and warranty data, maintain supplier database and IMDS, prepare quality reports, and participate in cross-functional teams.
