Create and maintain production schedules and MRPs, coordinate with suppliers and customers, manage capacity and KPIs, support launches and engineering changes, implement Kanban/pull systems, generate POs/REQs, and ensure safety and compliance.

Analyze and optimize tooling, assembly and joining processes for automotive body and chassis. Lead process improvements, PFMEA, root cause analysis, fixture design, automation and data-driven decisions. Industrial Engineer responsible for industrializing new product launches, improving production/process flow, developing labour standards, plant layouts, PFMEAs and VSMs, validating processes, driving lean initiatives and managing projects to achieve cost and efficiency improvements.

Support implementation and lifecycle of vision-based error-proofing systems: determine requirements, install/program/validate cameras, support maintenance, contribute to standardized work, FMEA, plant layout, equipment runoffs, and new area setups while assisting industrial engineering activities.

Coordinate commercial activities between corporate and customers, respond to RFQs and engineering changes with cost and timing, prepare quotes, analyze profitability and pricing, identify cost improvement opportunities, maintain cost/sales reports and tooling records, support customer audits, and improve internal commercial processes while complying with quality and environmental standards.

Support engineering by building and maintaining Copilot Studio agents, designing conversation flows, connecting agents to business systems, creating knowledge sources, testing and monitoring agent performance, automating workflows with Power Platform and scripting, and maintaining documentation and data management tasks.
