Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform time studies using an Observation Preparation Sheet and analysing using a Manual Observation Time Sheet.
• Create and analyse Standardized Work Combination Table
• Create and analyse Standardized Work Chart
• Create and analyse Work Balance Table
• Understand Process Stability/Repeatability - consistently meet productivity, quality, cost, lead time, safety, and environmental targets.
• Audits identify weakness/problems in manufacturing and to prioritize them.
• Develop standard work by operators for operators and engage employees and involve them.
• Reducing variation to achieve process stability for continuous improvements initiatives.
• Training to standardized work after buy offs are completed.
• Create cycle and long cycle work instructions.
• Ensure compliance and enforcement of Customer Specific Requirements including QMS (IATF16949), Health and Safety (ISO 45001), EMS (ISO14001), and Security (PIP) requirements.
• May be required to carry out job duties and responsibilities in a work environment that may include, but is not limited to, varying levels of noise and/or temperature.
• Any other duties as requested by Management.
