Job requirements
- 7+ years in project management or project lead roles, ideally within an agency, loyalty, or marketing environment.
- Proven success delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively.
- Expertise in project planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification an asset.
