Are you passionate about providing Modern Workplace solutions to your clients and want to work for a company that has made a commitment to excellence?
We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused Microsoft Solution Architect for our Toronto branch who will utilize strong business and technical consulting skills to help our clients plan for and drive adoption of Microsoft solutions that solve business challenges while creating the desired outcomes! You will work closely with Sales Operations and Account Managers to support account planning and optimize sales opportunities in all key accounts.
A Day in the Life:
- Research, develop, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions and roadmaps, including delivering Microsoft funded workshops and fast track services
- Lead business outcome focused discussions with clients that will drive decisions and lead to signed projects
- Lead the development and delivery of Modern/Hybrid working technology solutions
- Design, plan and execute Microsoft solutions including Exchange Online, Azure AD, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Skype/MS Teams
- Design and plan for Identity Management (ADFS, Azure, Other) and Directory Sync supporting M365 workloads
- Assist with pre-sales engagements and qualification of sales opportunities
- Work with Long View business units and practices to ensure sales opportunities progress efficiently and in a timely fashion towards successful closure
- Support and mentor team and junior staff
What You Bring:
- 10+ years as a Modern Workplace/Microsoft Solutions expert
- Leadership mindset with a focus on mentoring and coaching team members
- Strong experience with Azure Environment with Arch. Design, Migration of Workloads from on-prem to Cloud, Cloud Migration Strategy
- Experience with the following:
- Azure environment and architecture
- Security and governance with Data Center and Cloud
- DR Planning and Implementations
- M365 and Enterprise Architecture with expertise in Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Voice and Collaboration, Active Directory / Azure Active Directory, Intune MDM/MAM, Autopilot, SharePoint
- MS Azure Virtual Desktop, ADFS and Hybrid Implementations
- Large-scale migrations and deployments for enterprise clients
- Virtualization and computing
- Effective communicator with proven ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to develop, implement and maintain roadmaps for clients

- MS Viva
- Some knowledge of Cloud/Azure infrastructure
- ITIL Certified
- Knowledge of PowerApps platform/Developer and where it is heading
