Job Summary

We are continually searching for great talent; individuals who possess a deep commitment to the customers and markets we serve. If you would like to join a company that is committed to the success of each employee and offers challenge, purpose and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment, you'll enjoy a career with us! We understand that fostering a diverse and inclusive environment is critical for the success of our business, and we actively work towards it every day.

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Solution Architect to lead the design, automation, deployment, and operational excellence of modern enterprise platforms and software solutions. This role bridges software architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps engineering, and AI-enabled operational practices to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient delivery pipelines and production environments.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and embraces an AI-first mindset — leveraging AI-assisted development, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, QA, and business stakeholders to architect and implement modern DevOps solutions that accelerate delivery while improving reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure and DevOps architectures.

  • Implement and evolve enterprise DevOps standards, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation frameworks, and operational best practices.

  • Design and implement enterprise monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, and AI-enhanced operational intelligence solutions across infrastructure and applications.

  • Establish operational health metrics, SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, and proactive monitoring strategies to ensure production reliability, performance, scalability, and rapid incident response.

  • Collaborate with software development teams to align application architecture, deployment processes, infrastructure, security, and operational requirements throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

  • Promote an AI-first engineering culture by leveraging AI-assisted automation, monitoring, diagnostics, security analysis, troubleshooting, and operational optimization capabilities.

  • Ensure production readiness through resiliency testing, disaster recovery planning, security compliance, vulnerability management, secrets management, and operational automation.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through rapid prototyping, evaluation of emerging technologies, root cause analysis, and implementation of AI-powered solutions that improve platform reliability, deployment efficiency, and developer productivity.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, systems architecture, or related technical roles, including 3+ years in a Solution Architect or senior technical leadership role.

  • Deep understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, networking, security, scalability, resiliency, and production operations.

  • Strong expertise designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using Azure DevOps and related technologies.

  • Hands-on experience architecting and supporting enterprise cloud solutions within Microsoft Azure environments.

  • Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation frameworks, and container orchestration technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.

  • Proven experience implementing enterprise monitoring, observability, logging, alerting, and operational support solutions for production systems and cloud platforms.

  • Strong operational mindset with experience proactively monitoring application health, infrastructure performance, availability, certificate health, security compliance, and production reliability using automated and AI-assisted monitoring solutions.

  • Experience managing enterprise certificate lifecycles including SSL/TLS certificate provisioning, renewal, automation, PKI, secrets management, and secure communication protocols.

  • Strong software development and scripting experience with the ability to design, develop, and support automation tools, integrations, APIs, and operational platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on technical solutions while balancing speed, innovation, engineering discipline, and operational quality.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and AI-assisted practices for software delivery, infrastructure management, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and engineering productivity with an AI-first approach to problem solving.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive clarity through experimentation and continuous improvement.
