Leads client-facing AI presales engagements, discovery workshops, strategic advisory discussions, solution architecture, roadmaps, governance, estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work. Evaluates Microsoft and adjacent AI platforms, aligns solutions with business outcomes, supports pricing and opportunity progression, and transitions pursuits to delivery. Also develops reusable methodologies, service offerings, thought leadership, and enablement materials while advising leaders on AI transformation, automation, agents, knowledge management, and operating models.

Requires extensive Business Central consulting experience, strong accounting expertise, full-lifecycle implementations, integration design, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.

Designs and governs end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP architectures, integrations, extensions, data migration strategies, security, scalability, and DevOps processes. Leads discovery sessions, architecture workshops, technical reviews, pre-sales activities, and solution planning. Collaborates with architects, developers, clients, and delivery teams throughout implementation lifecycles, while mentoring technical staff and establishing development and release standards.

Lead architecture, design, presales and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions; define solution architecture, support functional/technical architects, facilitate workshops, qualify opportunities, promote OCM best practices, and collaborate to bring Business Applications capabilities to market.

Design, architect, and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions; analyze complex requirements; collaborate with sales, delivery, and stakeholders; create design and implementation documentation; lead workshops; develop integrations and Power Platform/Dataverse solutions; ensure solutions align with best practices and transition to operations.
