Leads client-facing AI presales engagements, discovery workshops, strategic advisory discussions, solution architecture, roadmaps, governance, estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work. Evaluates Microsoft and adjacent AI platforms, aligns solutions with business outcomes, supports pricing and opportunity progression, and transitions pursuits to delivery. Also develops reusable methodologies, service offerings, thought leadership, and enablement materials while advising leaders on AI transformation, automation, agents, knowledge management, and operating models.

Leads the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable data platform solutions using Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake. Provides technical guidance, facilitates client workshops, supports strategic solution sales, authors proposals and RFP responses, and develops client opportunities. The role also mentors data architects, engineers, and consultants, manages team capacity, conducts code reviews, and collaborates across practices to develop marketable data modernization capabilities.

Provides daily HR support to Canadian and U.S. teams, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, policies, compensation, benefits, onboarding, disability management, and HR compliance. Maintains HRIS and benefits administration, analyzes workforce trends, supports health and safety, immigration matters, career planning, and employee experience initiatives. Builds trusted relationships, coaches managers through complex people situations, and coordinates culture and community activities.
