Lead complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ERP implementations by defining solution architecture, overseeing design and implementation, supporting technical and functional architects, facilitating business workshops, advising clients, contributing to presales and demos, and developing strategic business application solutions. The role also requires stakeholder communication, organizational change management, Agile/Scrum experience, and collaboration across consulting and technology teams.

Leads enterprise-wide cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, governance, compliance, audit assurance, security operations, and incident response. Develops security strategy and ISMS programs, oversees ISO, PCI, and SOC audits, manages risk assessments and remediation, and advises executives, the board, clients, vendors, and partners. Builds security awareness and embeds cybersecurity across business and technology initiatives.

The Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee IT projects, advise clients on IT optimizations, and identify growth opportunities within accounts.
