Messa Sync is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing strategies. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across different departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and maintain marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement marketing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
