Senior Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at Marsh. This role will be based in Ottawa, Canada. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role provides senior-level coordination support for marketing publication needs and internal communications. You will help guide content development, stakeholder coordination, document management, and billing processes while ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

We will count on you to:

• Oversee the writing and editing of basic copy, such as emails, tweets, and other social media content to support marketing publication needs.
• Approve final content of marketing materials to ensure it is ready to submit to clients.
• Assist in communicating marketing campaign successes to the management team to influence marketing strategy.
• Assist in the management of external stakeholders to maintain and grow relationships and ensure all needs are met.
• Provide overall direction for internal communications and document management to guide the team.
• Oversee billing and invoicing to ensure the process is efficient and timely.
• Ensure that team deadlines and objectives are met to maintain progress and update senior leaders.

• Experience in marketing coordination, communications, or a related administrative support role
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders effectively
• Experience supporting billing, invoicing, or document management processes

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $51,700 to $77,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
