We’re looking for a creative and organised Content Marketing Coordinator (Social) to join our Brand and Marketing team on a permanent full-time basis, supporting our Social & Community Impact (SCI) division.
This is a unique opportunity to bring your marketing, social media and content creation skills to life, supporting campaigns that truly make a difference to our community.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns and key projects across SCI initiatives, with a strong focus on social media and digital content. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing content calendars and campaign materials
  • Creating engaging social media content from ideation to execution
  • Scheduling and publishing posts, including paid media via Meta Ads Manager
  • Coordinating agencies and production partners to deliver compelling content
  • Monitoring social media channels and engaging with our online community
  • Reporting on campaign performance and using insights to improve future content
  • Supporting project coordination, budget tracking, and stakeholder engagement

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in content marketing and social media management
  • A creative flair and strong storytelling skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of digital tools such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and content management systems
  • Collaborative mindset and confidence in working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience with image/video editing tools (desirable)
