How you'll make an impact:
Boomi is looking for a content marketing expert to lead the Global Marketing Integrated Programs team.
This hands on role, will collaborate with product marketing, regional sales, and global field marketing teams to drive multi-channel demand generation campaigns. You will create innovative campaigns and content that engage prospects, customers, and partners at every stage of the buyer’s journey, capturing leads, nurturing them, and converting them into pipeline opportunities and revenue.
Reporting into Boomi’s VP of Marketing, this role will be working closely with product marketing, marketing operations, partner and field marketing teams, as well as regional sales teams.
What you'll do:
- Create a global campaign strategy and campaign calendar for Boomi that aligns with the strategic direction and initiatives of the company
- Develop integrated marketing programs to drive awareness, build engagement and drive pipeline
- Build creative, engaging and provocative content in support of campaigns (segmented and/or global) adhering to Boomi’s brand guidelines and values and manage a rolling global editorial calendar
- Work with Marketing Operations to establish appropriate metrics that measure the success of content across different channels
- Collaborate with field marketing, sales management, and operations to track leads through the sales funnel and make recommendations to internal stakeholders for enhancements to campaign performance and outcomes
- Lead and manage the integrated campaigns team with an eye for prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development
The Experience you bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in a B2B Integrated Marketing, Marketing Program Management, or Content Marketing role with hands on experience creating content
- 4+ years of experience leading a B2B marketing team
- Creative problem solving, with the ability to create fresh ideas, new perspectives, and a wealth of enthusiasm
- Experience working with in-house designers or external agencies to create graphical content, video and animations
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage complex projects across multi-functional teams to tight deadlines
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a diligent work ethic, attention to detail
- Understanding of Marketing/Sales automation systems (Marketo/SFDC preferred)
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with enterprise software/SaaS organizations, either in house or with an agency
- Experience of scale-up growth phase and comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding, entrepreneurial environment

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Vancouver, B.C. ranges between 160,000 - 215,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
